Alexandra Vassiliou is a psychotherapist and a conflict resolution facilitator and trainer, who lives in Greece. Since 1995 she works in Greece and internationally, teaching seminars, facilitating conflict resolution meetings, as well as conducting trainings in Process Work, and in Communication and Conflict Resolution. She studied Agricultural Engineering (M.Sc. in Agricultural Enginerring, specialization in Agricultural Economy) at the Agricultural University of Athens (1982-1990), and was trained in Systems Theory and its Application in the Human Sciences at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (1980-1985). She later trained in Process Work (Diploma in Process Work) at the Process Work Center of Portland, Oregon, USA (1990 -1996), and completed graduate studies in Social Psychology (Ph.D. in Social Psychology) at the Union Institute, Ohio, USA (1992-1995). She is a founding member of Process Work Greece, and an associate of the Athenian Institute of Anthropos, in Athens, Greece. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the European Association for Counselling since, the Greek Association for Counselling, the Global Process Institute, and the International Association of Process Oriented Psychology.
